Order processing

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). You will receive an order confirmation email, then a dispatch notification with tracking once your order has shipped.

Standard delivery

Delivery time: 5 to 8 business days after dispatch.
Free delivery: on all orders over.

Tracked shipping

All orders ship with a tracked service. Your dispatch email includes a tracking number and a link to follow your parcel.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by postal delays, weather, or peak periods.

Damaged or lost orders
